as far as I know he hasn't worked on her album.. he just saw dr luke working on it and was pretty much like "yo this is dope, who is this" and wanted to collab with miley on his album
and yes I agree I wouldn't trust what he says, but he isn't the only one thats said her new music is amazing

you mean how hers sounded like other people's music too? I doubt miley would want her music to sound like that anyway. he asked her for a collab after he heard her music
