Don't see I'm Legit smashing. IMO, Nicki wouldn't be smart to release it since it serves pop teas and she's already had enough backlash from Urban. If High School ends up being a hit she should stop there for her era and just let Ci release I'm Out.

I bought Basic Instinct today just so I can start getting into Ci's music a bit more before this album comes out.

I adore "Gimmie Dat", and I remember I don't mind "Turn it Up", so I figured it was a good album to start.

I think "Ride" didn't translate into album sales because its content was too 'promiscuous'-sounding. Just like how Christina's "Your Body" didn't either.... I think singers would be wise not to lead an album anymore with these types of songs.

But "Body Party" is sexy enough to work, I think. It's a slow-burner though, so thankfully, they have plenty of time!

I listened to it a few times. I love Nicki and Ci.
But the song is terrible.

I'm glad 'Overdose' made the album, though. It has to be a single.

As a newly-inducted C-Squad member, I'm also listening to Ci's discography to warm up for Ciara.
I listened to Basic Instinct in January, I loved it, especially Heavy Rotation / Yeah I Know.
I just recently listened to Fantasy Ride, looove it. G is For Girl / Pucker Up / Tell Me What Your Name Is / I Don't Remember

I think the MAIN reason that's on the album is because fans wanted it so bad.

I can see it being released after RML.

Tbh, this would actually be a really good plan. Overdose smashing will open up the door for her to release more
her material that suits her signature sound and having that smash, as well. Overdose following a bunch of R&B/dance
songs would probably sound a little strange
