I got called for an interview.
What they do is that you come in and they sign you in. You wait for a few minutes and then someone will greet you and take you to a table.
Basically, this is where to try to figure out what kind of person you are. They ask for your strengths, weaknesses, why you want to work at Target, stuff like that. After that, they ask you to go back and sit and the next person will call you in.
After 10 minutes, someone else comes to greet you and they bring you to another table and this is where the scenario questions are asked. I remember one of the questions being, "If person A wanted to buy something, but it was out of stock, tell me how you would deal with the situation."
Then, they ask for your availability, and if you're good enough, they hire you on the spot. Or they wait and e-mail/phone you.
Good luck
