1. Massive Attack did horribly and as a result the entire album concept was scrapped. Your Love wasn't released, it was leaked and took off on radio and they mastered it and just put it on iTunes. Technically, the ACTUAL official lead single from PF is Right Thru Me.
2. RIM wasn't the lead single from PFRR. It was a buzz single. SH was a buzz single as well. The lead single to PFRR is Starships.

You see the common dominator here? If you release a lead single before the album is finished there's a GREAT chance that the BEST material isn't the one being released as the lead, as confirmed above.
That's why you wait until the album is over to pick the best possible singles.

And IA with Willy even if she did a Q4 release a single would have to be out by Aug/Sept and IMO that's too close to the TRU era I can see HS being successful throughout the Spring and into the beginning of Summer, a new single would feel rushed she call pull off a Q1/2 release and please don't bring up PF:RR FW sales we all know why they were the way they were
