OTF went #1 in more countries but I think Diamonds sold more.
OTF also has two artists whereas Rihanna is the only artist.
I'd even go as far to say that Diamonds had more impact on pop culture than OTF did. You don't hear people repeating lines from OTF but you do hear lines from Diamonds. It was a very smartly written song.

Diamonds > OTF
