Its just becoming more and more obvious she doesn't care about her fans at all.

Like for a while I thought her record label was screwing her over but this is all her. I'm half-expecting her to cancel the show I'm going to the day of. And I'm flying to another country for it. Sigh.

Paul said Pop Killer was 75% ready ~2 months ago and he has a huge touring schedule for the summer, so I suppose the album it's either finished or its very final stages.

Remember, she's not performing her OWN set, she's performing during SOMEONE else's set, so she has to go around what Paul says, and if Paul doesn't want her to perform during his set, she's not going to perform....
