”Mirrors” gets Justin a second week atop

Justin Timberlake is still dominating 2013. “Mirrors”, which bowed at #1 last week, keeps dominating ThePlatinumCharts for a second week. “Mirrors” follows JT’s “Suit & Tie” which spent 2 weeks at #1 a few months ago. “Mirrors” is the second single out of JT’s third studio album “The 20/20 Experience”.

P!nk rises 3-2, and her smash hit “Just Give Me a Reason”, which spent 5 weeks at #1, now is really fighting to re-claim the throne. The pop ballad features fun.’s frontman, Nate Ruess. At #3 it’s Bruno Mars with his ballad song “When I Was Your Man”.

Taylor Swift skyrockets at #4 with her latest single “22”. That’s her 6th Top5 single (more than all the other artists) and follows the success of her latest single “I Knew You Were Trouble”. Demi Lovato’s big comeback “Heart Attack” remains inside the Top5 yet another week. At #6 it’s Rihanna and Mikky Ekko on their huge collaboration “Stay”.

Pitbull and Christina Aguilera don’t move once again as “Feel This Moment” remains frozen at #7. Justin Timberlake and Jay Z are spending another week inside the Top10, now at #8. JT topped the chart this week too. Taylor Swift’s “I Knew You Were Trouble” returns inside the Top10 again (now at #9). The last song that made it to the list it’s Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Tonight I’m Getting Over You”.

”Mirrors” gets Justin a second week atop

P!nk re-claims her throne once again. “Just Give Me a Reason” returns to the summit after a 2-weeks break and gets her 6th week atop. “Just Give Me a Reason” becomes the first song to spent that many weeks at #1, beating Katy Perry’s record (with “Wide Awake”). JGMAR features fun.’s lead singer Nate Ruess.

Taylor Swift feels like getting her record breaking fifth #1 single soon. “22”, her 7th Top10 entry climbs 4-2 this week getting a new peak. Former #1 single, “Mirrors”, take a break from the top spot this week. The Justin Timberlake track moves 1-3.

Bruno Mars moves backwards this week. “When I Was Your Man” loses one rung, falling 3-4. At #5 we encounter Pitbull and the pop diva Christina Aguilera in their hot collaboration on “Feel This Moment”. Demi Lovato’s “Heart Attack” is also decreasing. The lead single from Demi’s self titled album moves 5-6.

Rihanna & Mikky Ekko also move backwards this week. “Stay” falls from #6 to #7. Justin Timberlake’s collaboration with Jay Z on the megahit “Suit & Tie” is stable at #8. Imagine Dragons get their first Top10 hit ever, as “Radioactive” storms at #9. Taylor Swift’s “I Knew You Were Trouble”, moving 9-10, is the last song to make the Top10 this week.

“22” goes #1, Taylor Swift gets 5th chart topper

She did again! Taylor Swift is unstoppable as “22” dethrones P!nk and peaks at #1. Taylor has now 5 songs to top ThePlatinumCharts and that means that she extends her title as the “Artist with the Most #1 singles” on the chart. No other artist has more than 2 #1s so far. Well Done Taylor!!!

Justin Timberlake’s “Mirrors” is rising this week. The second #1 single from Justin, which topped the chart 2 weeks ago, moves 3-2 and goes one step away from the summit! P!nk’s “Just Give Me a Reason”, after spending 6 weeks atop the chart, now moves 1-3. JGMAR features Nate Ruess.

Avril Lavigne is back, did you know that? Her lead single titled “Here To Never Growing Up” debuts really high this week (#4). This marks Avril’s first entry on the chart it’s also her first Top10 single. Demi Lovato’s “Heart Attack” flies one spot only this week (it goes 6-5), while Bruno Mars and his single “When I Was Your Man” moves 4-6.
