Of physical I only have The Fame Monster (Deluxe Version), the Bonus Track Version of Born This Way and Born This Way and Judas' singles.

On digital I have pretty much everything avalaible.

Not really sure I got your question but I think you're asking how to use the Complete My Album feature? Since you bought the single versions of both songs you can't use it as it's possible to complete an album only if you've already bought songs that are on that same album.
