There's a quote he made once about how people go to him and Colbert for actual news and Fox News for comedic relief, and it's almost scary how accurate it is. Like here's just this comedian who didn't study to become a reporter, and he's better than people who go to college for it.

The elaborate use of comedy to show how dumb the American system can be like the Colbert Super PAC, is what puts him over Stewart for me
Colbert & Stewart are both on the same level for me.. They both have their day's where they're funny and when they're not.. Meyers isn't up there.. But it's sad how more honest and correct both Colbert & Stewart are compared to FOX & CNN..
