This maybe, cuz I just don't wanna have to do this all over again.
I think this should be shelved cuz it's unneccesary and the game is going perfectly fine, and people will eventually stop using artists and starting w/ new ones and their careers to keep the game fresh. If more people need to join, they could wait til it gets unactive, and there hasn't even been anyone asking to join I think.
We should atleast do a vote on our opinions, cause everyone seems to be against it.

I am also not here for the 5 artist maximum rule. 
What happens when you have your favorite artists, wanna take a break after an era finish and can only use 1 or 2 other artists because you wanna keep them?
I also want my artists to also have a discography built, and not have to be given away and sold after 1 or 2 albums each in order to keep a 5 artist limit. And at the same time, when I'm not constantly using them I want a few other artists I can start using.

Yeah, that's why it had an asterick. Since everyon's opposed to it and wouldn't want to play anmore then it's fine, we don't have to do it.

I'm sure no one will take Mariah away from you.
And I mean I think it would be ridiculous to have so many artists and always have three active ones, etc. I don't even know where you guys find the time for that.

Lol if that isn't a rule, I wont even have 200 artists I probably won't have more then 10. 5 is just a very small amount of artists to constantly have to be between, especially if you don't wanna give any away.
The rule doesn't matter to me much as of now, since I'm promoting specific ones - but, I'm already at 5 and if anything ever pops up I won't really know what to do.

ironically I'm ok with a 5 artist limit because their is a top 20 singles chart, and currently most people are pulling fast singles to claim #1's as opposed to giving longevity. Although this might have to do more with the chart formula. For example many artists get numerous #1's since they had the most promo for the week, which is unlike the music charts at all. our game is like the UK charts I guess

I'm also ok with a five artist limit and three at a time only. It's too much having one person do 4-5 artists all at once. I think we should be allowed to keep one artist in the move tho.

- Kelly Clarkson, will still promote her album Breathless who just got released (April 15th).
- Beyonce, is on tour and she still promotes her album Empress.
- Chris Brown is still promoting is album Imperfect Man. He'll be on 106 & Park this Monday to reveal his new video and single.
- Drake will still tour with Beyonce on her Empress World Stadium Tour, but his EP will no longer be promote and his single Far From Over.
- Eminem single Marshall Mathers vs Slim Shady is now a Buzz Single, and his album will be pushed back later.
- Vanessa Hudgens single Can't Forget You featuring Azealia Banks will not be release this Monday as schedule originally. She'll be back on studio working on more material for her album.

True, cause I'ma be pressed as hell if I promote the **** out an artist all week and some random bitch comes and spends points for Ads w/ no promo and charts higher.
