I mean I'm here for gun control in a respected and logical sense.

Obviously it's not the guns it's the people behind them who shouldn't own them. That's just personally the intellectual route.

Maybe do background checks on individuals before they're allowed to purchase guns, but anything they try and attempt to "control" these situations will result in privacy invasions and violations of the 2nd amendment.
