This is an impressive feat. obviously and congratulations are in order if this is true, but I feel as if you have to be blowing up the charts albums and singles-wise to be on the cover, and she isn't exactly doing that right now.
I think it'll be like her Elle photoshoot (featured in that The Hills spin-off) where she did a photoshoot, it was featured in the magazine but it wasn't the cover.
It might also be Rolling Stone: Italy or something since she's covered a foreign Rolling Stone before and was seen performing at an Italian festival I believe.
I hope it's true because she deserves it
