I have bought from viagogo before and it stressed the hell outta me. Don't be afraid to ask them why they're taking long.

Did you get physical tickets are are they e-tickets? They have a way to track your tickers

The sellers policy says that you should get them 1-2 weeks before the show, but still that's too close.

Sis I could never find a ticket as cheap as what your bought it for. I bought mine from ebay and I was sent the ticket 3 weeks ago. You better check on the person who sold you the ticket because something doesn't look right.

The weird thing is the tracker says the seller is awaiting, but I bought my tickets on the day of the BeyHive presale (because I could just feel it in my bones I was going to fail all opportunities to get tickets officially) but all the tickets from TurnUpGroup (the presale) have arrived to UK customers... I will definitely try and contact them if there is not a change in the tracker in the next few days
