Would rather live your life alone or settle with someone that you don't love? Being with someone, even without love, brings so many advantages... I wonder what is the best choice for you?

Alone. I'm an introvert who thrives in solitude. Unless I really care about someone, being with them is uncomfortable and makes me want to hide in a corner crying.

Alone. I feel that if you're in a relationship where the love/caring isn't present, it doesn't do anything but bring you down and hold you back.

People need to learn how to cope on their own. It's not good to be too co-dependent to the point where you'd stay with someone you do not love simply so you have someone to help you. It's okay to rely on others at times but learning how to be independent during tough times is important.

so you would rather get old alone? Most couples start in love and up staying together just for habit/children... if you chase love you'll never find it tbh

Sounds just like me. Well, without the crying part haha, but yeah I just have issues interacting with people who I don't know well. I never understand people who have big groups of friends; I much prefer a handful of really, really close friends.

In what context? Like, for the person I'm not in love with, did I never love them or did I sort of fall "out of" love with them? In the case of the former I'm sure I could develop love for them through being with them, if they were the right type of person. In the case of the latter I'd rather be alone in order to eventually find the right person.

The financial benefits of a relationship don't concern me nearly as much as the emotional aspects, partly because I'm 17 and partly because I don't see money as the most important thing in life.

That doesn't mean that loving couples don't happen, though!

Alone. I don't even have the patience for legit relationships so no way in hell am I putting up with someone I don't even like.

I've been in a relationship with a guy that I wasn't into at all outside the bedroom and he annoyed the **** out of me on a daily basis. Not because he's annoying but just because I felt like being with him was such a waste of time because I didn't really like him.

Alone. Its selfish to be with someone you don't love & quite frankly, cruel on that persons behalf to simply keep them in fear of being alone. Why waste someone's love & time on that?
