As the hip-hop tracks (sans BITT it seems) were the first to be recorded, seeing as it was originally a hip-hop only album, she had plenty of time to re-write and re-record.
Willy. You are conveniently forgetting she confirmed she had most the album done when RIM came out, and again when Stupid Hoe was released.
So I don't buy it. Nicki is just playing fans like Willy. for the hype building/marketing. And trust, it clearly works.

I agree that marketing does work...entertainment is built on propaganda so point out the obvious means nothing
So if she did most of her hip hop tracks at the beginning why would she do an interview with billboard in November 2011 talking about the global sound.
In july/august 2011 she did an interview stating that the album was not going to have features
I am your leader has a feature, champion has a feature, beez has a feature, sex in the lounge has a feature, she was trying to get Jay z on hov lane, roman reloaded was obviously done in 2012.
She was actually trying to do the half pop half hip hop where the hip hop side was ratchet Roman. So RIM RH type songs. We were going to get the poppy songs like we did and then the bipolar ratchet roman songs and a roman movie was going to be conceived to address the haters making fun of him and his realization that there opinions don't matter.
i swore I recall seeing IAYL& COAC hints in the later records. I know I saw HL and Champion in her tweets later on in the recording process. In addition, wasn't the chris brown song recorded later.
Why did her pop songs like YF and MM leak first?
I really think she wanted the poppier songs to be top 40 fodder and have 1-2 hip hop singles and have Roman singles to tell that story.
It adds up to me that 70% was going to be pop 30% hip hop ratchet roman and her goal to prove that you can brand both genres into an album and sell 5MWW.
She put out SH for controversy and it backfired and then seeing the backlash with SS starting recording more hip hop songs that she THOUGHT were going to be radio friendly thus taking away some of the ratchet Roman songs from the cut.
No shade, I'm interested in how you think the pop songs were done later and not the hip hop songs. I have a hard time tracking the dates of these tweets.
