Kelly has talent; I'm just not so sure if anyone cares. Her album was great from start to finish. She performed at the BET Awards, did all these major TV appearances yet the response to her album has been quite underwhelming. Maybe the re-release will earn her a few more album sells; who knows!
lmao, she needs to realize that she can't have a successful album. it's Bee who made the sells of DC3, Bee who is making the sales solo, come on Kelly.
the songs on Ms. Kelly are all just eh.....nothing really reaches out and grabs your attention you know? it's all just a bunch of boring, cookie-cutter midtempo r&b and maybe 5 years ago this album would've gone gold or even platinum but these days you've got to make a much bigger impression if you want your record to sell. Kelly just didn't bring her A-game with this one and I don't see how a re-release is going to help.
Kelly is addicted to flopping. She seriously must enjoy it. She wouldn't do this otherwise. She wouldn't turn down Umbrella otherwise. She wants to go down in history as the most floptastic artist ever. But Mandy Moore is stiff competition, so she has to re-flop this album.
