It seems she's out of the wheelchair now and is able to walk on her own without any assistance. She told a fan (who is generally pretty reliable) in Chicago a while back that her recovery is gonna take three months, which would mean around the end of May. Her walking normally again seems to be in line with that, I'm not buying that tabloid's claim that she's out until September.
Luckily she's been in the studio all this week, so we know she's working on the album.
