By randoms while at work or buying something at the shops do you always get called "Darling" somewhere within the conversation?
"Thanks Darling", "Have a great day darling", "is this all darling"
It gets annoying and stupid after a while

I get called honey/sweetie a lot because I'm shy so people feel the need to be motherly to me. I guess they're trying to make me feel more comfortable or something, IDK
