Britney, chile you don't even know your own industry. Unfortunately they don't certify based on club sales. Back then, you didn't have to clear 1M to go platinum or 10M to go diamond they overcertified (think Mariah carey albums) with the intention that the albums would eventually sell all of what was shipped.
So OIDIA was diamond because it shipped 10M not because of 9M+ BMG club sales.
