This song was originally in a five way tie, but when I realized I gave it such a high score I knew I had to lower it. I Just Can't Live a Lie is a tremendously boring song and it's making me sleepy just typing this out. It should of been out a lot earlier - but alas, all the trash off of Some Hearts is gone.

Carrie's Golden Globe nominated song for "Chronicles of Narnia, Voyage of the Dawn" is one of the most beautiful songs she''s ever written. Everything about this song is magical and when you close your eyes you can see the lyrics so vividly and clearly that it paints a picture in your mind. This song, along with See You Again, were both written in the same song writing session and contain the line "Where the water meets the sky.." All in all, it's an amazing song. Sad it didn't make top twenty.

Beautiful song, beautiful lyrics, beautiful vocal performance, beautiful period. All you guys who gave this below an eight have no taste and should be ashamed of yourselves.

Carrie's creation with Max Martin. I guess this is where everyone can say "lulz Carrie iz a sellout, she worked with Max Martin, omg Max Martin, shez totally a pop singer, lolzlolzlolz shez so desperate" but Quitter was nothing like what Max worked on prior to this song. Because of this, Max worked with other A-Lister country stars like Taylor Swift to produce mega country smashes like We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together. This shows how Carrie influenced Max to work with more country singers and step out of his normal production bubble. I think Quitter could of smashed if released as a single and may have very well been the song of the summer. Another wasted opportunity, but Carrie and her label are the living definition of wasted opportunities.

Thank God for my zero or else this would of been a lot higher in the rankings. It's an alright cover but it's highly overrated. For it to make it this far I think is a feat enough as I honestly thought it wouldn't make top 50.

Change is a song that got plenty of promotion during the Play On era, mainly because it was performed at various charity events. It's a beautiful song about how the smallest of things can help change the world. Charity is something Carrie is very passionate about so it makes quite a lot of sense that she included it on her album. However a lot of people feel that it didn't fit well with Play On, perhaps a smarter thing to do would make Change a bonus track and replace it with a song like Sugar Rush or Oklahoma Wind. I'm sad to see it go but it is at a rank it deserves.
