I don't think the picture is controversial at all. The politically message actually adresses some serious tendentious/biased issues that the westen society has.

This picture has nothing to do with race. It has someting to do with awareness. How many died at the assault of mumbai? or Kabul? 100 - 150 people? Is the western world interested in the bombings on daily basis in some hot spots?
