I'd recommend just going ahead and getting the Premium account. It's so worth it, believe me. Now if you're Rihanna or Taylor Swift fans, you may want to hold off because their latest efforts have yet to become available. I actually believe Taylor's management is against streaming, so her's will probably never become streamable.

No. I mean labels and/or musicians must make agreements with Spotify. If they simply do not want their music to be up for streaming, it's not Spotify's call.

I think they may have to fix region restrictions. That should've been dealt with before launching it to the country.
