You spend a long quality time typing something up on the INTERNET and then somehow the internet changes pages or something? and you lose IT ALL!

Maybe it's just me or I'm doing something wrong, but I sometimes type something on the internet, like in a forum such as this and somehow I manage it to switch pages. It just bugs me

Maybe my laptops I use are sensitive to my touch (with the mouse pad) and I somehow make it go to a different page. Or maybe I'm just going crazy...?

I even try going BACK a page, but everything I typed is always lost. I get mad. I don't want to type it again.

i try to save what i'm typing pushing CTRL+C so if that^ happens i can paste it again

Kevin, I completely agree with you. However, sometime I tend to believe that it's GOD way of saying that whatever I was typing was completely unnecessary. LOL!

That's why I use Firefox.

I always COPY what I'm typing on notepad if it's a long post (like maybe 2-3 paragraphs at least) just to be safe. I usually do those on Notepad.

I've gotten accustomed to copying and pasting long posts. But yeah, it really bugs the hell out of me when I suddenly lose what I was typing.

Yeah I was going to make a thread about Face Wash and I had it all typed up and I was about to finish up the thing and post it but I somehow managed to go to another page and I was mad. So I posted this one instead.

I should take Mike's advice. If I plan on typing a lot next time, I'll use a Notepad or Word.

I know it happens...I remember back then I was going to do all my typing on internet through Word.

it used to happen to me all the time when ATRL used to have a really bad server and you'd submit the post and the site would be down and not receive it

OMG! Yes! especially when i update my C/D's when I get towards the end finishing updating it something happens, & i have to do it all over again

I think it's more of a Laptop issue if anything. I think when I type on my laptop my hand or arm brush against the mouse pad and it thinks I want to go back a page or something.

I don't know exactly what I do, but it's something like that. But I do remember when our server here on ATRL was bad and you had to copy and paste everything for it to post sometimes.

I hate when this happens!!! The first time it happened to me was when I was updating my countdown. It was the first time I was gonna use caps and then I lost it all and had to do it all over again!

But now I just use notepad, word, copy it and sign back in, or just hit "preview post" often...
