None really but for the sake of choosing I liked New Moon most.
Which is ironic because I hate the book version the most.

I don't like the Twilight series, and I only saw the first film and New Moon. New Moon was better I guess.

The best one is Breaking Dawn Part 2. The way they deceived us at the end with the fight turning out to be a vision. (I'm assuming everyone has watched it, so I'm not adding spoiler tags)
