I said there was a struggle to get Katy's parent dependent fans to fork up the money, and that's pretty evident considering all it took to get to those sales.

Didn't say it was nothing though, I said there was a struggle, especially considering it took a re-release, a film, multiple remixes and discounted singles to get there.
Not that knowing what GHD was before is relevant to the discussion, but my sister owns a GHD flat iron.
Their biggest mistake was choosing Katy to market their product, Katy shouldn't be punished for their errors though.
