She also didn't perform Check on It which was a #1 hit. Or a bunch of more massive singles from Destiny's Child.
And then that's the difference between Beyonce and some other artists. It's not necessary for her to sing a hit in order for it to be captivating and a good performance.
It's also a rather bland song that proves that the public often doesn't appreciate music for what it is, and would rather hear a recycled idea than something new and innovative.
