You can't tell whether or not a person is healthy based on looks. There are plenty of unfit, unhealthy thin people who smoke, eat crap food, don't exercise, etc, but they don't catch the type of hell that overweight people do because they are thin. People don't automatically assume that they are unhealthy, lazy, this that or the other, but if someone is fat, then all of a sudden, that person is all these things and more. If a person has normal blood pressure, normal cholesterol levels, and the like, then they are healthy regardless of weight. Only a medical professional can ascertain this, which tyrese is not. So no, this ain't about health. It's about appearance.
