My guess is that this was a PR move meant to grab some positive headlines for Bieber since let''s face it, the last two months have been hell for him in the press. The Anne Frank Museum isn't exactly tourist spot #1 for a 19 year old kid on a world tour and certainly these pics + his guestbook entry seem to suggest he wasn't taking it very seriously.
