Rihanna. Her talent is making songs sound amazing. Her talent is having an expressive voice and engaging listeners in studio recordings. Ciara doesn't have that to the degree Rihanna does.

That's a bit tough. Ignoring actual "success," Rihanna and Ciara are both underwhelming vocally, with Rihanna inching ahead because of her fuller and more expressive voice and her ability to at least serve ballads (when she tries). Ciara on the other hand can dance circles around Rihanna.
