We've learned Xtina just dropped a cool $10 mil for an 11,000-square-foot mega-mansion in Mulholland Estates, which is a stone's throw from Bev Hills.

She's actually significantly downsizing, having just sold her $13.5 million mansion previously owned by Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne.

The new house is awesome ... with 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, library, bar, screening room, salt water pool, spa, gazebo, bathhouse ... the works.

Christina is worth over 100 million dollars and earned over 10 million dollars for doing one season of the Voice. Plus she has her perfume line making money. She's not suddenly broke because her albums flopped

She was worth $80 million after the B2B era. She is set for life. thats why she has been so careless with her projects.

And she still makes money from her perfume line, The Voice 3 seasons ($20 million +), Private concerts for billionaires where she can easily make $1 million a show ad has done about 5 or 6 since Bionic flopped. royalties from catalog sales and airplay.
