She never performs "Poker Face" perfectly. Even when she's mostly on-point, she sings it in an abnormally nasal tone, even for her.

During the Fame era she definitely had some performances with different vocals. Everything started with The Fame Monster imo

Her tone with the song, and a couple others, has definitely changed, but even in the days of The Fame she was starting to go nasal with PF:



Flawless performance though, one of her very best.
