Is 250 a reasonable price to get an original song produced? How much is reasonable to get a quality beat made?

Idk since most prices I seen are around 999 for exclusive rights of the beats
I'd rather make my own at least then I'll know for sure I'm the only one with the beat

Just look at some tutorials on yt, It's not that hard once you get the basics down
The only thing that might be hard is putting all the pieces together to make the beat sound complete
