It depends where you go. I have Tmobile and i get 4G every where I go
I even get service where Sprint customers don't. T mobile is a very underrated company and I'm glad that's changing soon.

Yes. Because they're kind of "pre paid" now. Like let's say you buy an iPhone now for $99. You have to pay $20 for 24 months to pay off the whole phone. But let's say you want to buy another phone that comes out in the summer, you have to pay off the whole iPhone first before you buy the new phone. So basically you can upgrade whenever as long as you pay off the first phone you got. Does it makes sense?
