Adele, Cheryl top Richest Young Musicians List - UK
Quote:
Adele and Cheryl Cole have been named as the richest young musicians in Britain and Ireland on the Sunday Times' Rich List.
The Someone Like You hitmaker came out on top of the list of music millionaires under the age of 30 with her fortune of £30 million - £20 million of which was made last year.
Girls Aloud babe Chezza came second with £14 million - an increase on 2012 by two million - with Leona Lewis placed third with £12 million.
Climbers on the list include Florence Welch with £9 million, Jessie J - who is said to have pocketed £8 million - and Cheryl's GA bandmate Nadine Coyle, who came joint eighth with JLS star Jonathan 'JB' Gill with £6 million.
The Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney was crowned the country's wealthiest musician by the newspaper, with his fortune estimated at £680 million.
Maybe if you dragqueens would get your head out of your talentless faves butt you would know Leona is talented enough to be asked on private gigs and get paid millions for it. And then let's not forget Glassheart and her tour.
Leona is still successful, obviously not to the extent she was when she started but she is constantly in demand around the world for private gigs, which pay alot. Plus most of that money will have came from Spirit, but Echo was still successful in the UK and in Europe, she did a 20 date arena tour which sold out and starts another tour in Germany on Monday.
