This is exactly why I'm going to work with animal rights! People are so cruel to these poor animals! If you can't take care of it don't get a pet! That man deserves a big fine!

If he even has it. Not sending him to jail because he MIGHT be ill when they can easily run tests on him to check for symptoms of dementia just seems really irresponsible and lazy.
Oh well though. Glad the doggy is okay. He's so cute
Good this one has a happy ending! That's so sad that it got tied to train tracks, but considering that his owner has dementia, I'm not entirely shocked.
This reminds me of the time my ex-step-grandpa shot my grandma (his ex-wife)'s dog… rip Abby.
