Aw. Every time I watch one of her interviews, it reminds me of just how much I love her. I've always admired the fact that she can laugh at herself, and doesn't take herself too seriously. It was kind of annoying that Dave kept asking about rehab over and over again, and she was only able to discuss the movie for 2 out of 15 minutes.
He comes across a bit like an angry grandpa lol. But he really was coming for her and I think she handled herself quite well considering how she was kind of bombarded. It must get really old being kind of attacked in an interview like this when she was not expecting some of this material to come up so frankly (which was obvious when she mentioned that the stuff he was bringing up was not talked about in the pre-interview).
She looks so adorable and stunning This only reminds me of why I'll always root for her and support her. It was funny interview; David was sometimes off but it's great she came and showed how she's serious about the rehab and isn't fearing of (him) something

Dead at the "You showed up!" joke
I thought it was wonderful. She should accept that people bring that stuff up - it is very, very current (not a thing that's really in the past) and it's a late night talk show.
She was great though. I also thought she looked good and healthy and I loved her humour. The end was very sweet and it really shows how emotional and vulnerable she is.
So sweet. A true professional. How many pop girls or celebrities in general would be able to sit there on national tv, be blatantly insulted and just laugh it off?
Letterman is such a wimp. He's always so quick to dish it out but he seemed genuinely scared of Madonna and Courtney Love when they came on his show and flipped the script on him. Lindsay handled it well.

I really felt bad for her when he continued trying to insult her but this interview also really showed that she is a strong person.
And maybe it was good in a way that David said that stuff that made her cry cause I'm sure that it only made her realize more that people think that she will die sooner or later.
I don't know, she will get better.
I really think she's able to finally put this all behind her.
