Guys... they're not serious. Not even the most hardcore Katycats are deluded enough to believe that she's anywhere near as successful as Michael Jackson, and the only reason why they continue this little game is that it rustles your jimmies. They're just doing it to get a reaction out of you.

I mean, there's a reason why these 'female MJ' posts are never longer than four sentences. That's because NONE of them are going to try to construct a serious argument that Katy Perry is bigger than MJ. And why would they? It'd be like trying to construct a serious argument that 2 + 2 = 5.

Just stop pressing the issue and eventually they'll stop doing it. Maybe.
