Yes there are people in third world countries that don't have chairs but in first world countries chairs could be seen on lawns, at home, furniture stores, offices, schools, churches, movie theaters, restaurants, hospitals, malls, and banks just to name a few.Not to mention the amount of benches one could sit on.
