You can't do that
It's not a breach of contract because she hasn't publicly spoken about Coca Cola. She already said she can't mention Pepsi until Idol is over, but she's still signed to them.
The thing with Pepsi is that most of the time you're still signed to them even if you aren't doing anything. Like Bey was signed to them for over a decade and was basically dormant.
