I think you just described the main problem She has perfectly there. And to be honest, She should be Herself instead of trying to be a 'role model' a.k.a pleasing lazy parents.

If she is feeling sick she should not even attend. Tour is more important...only 2-3 days till the next concert. I`d hate it if she had ta cancel/postpone concerts like with SN Tour.
