Well if you compare it to Jb. Jb was hyping this up for so long, it is the lead single of their album, it has a music video.
Miley's is just a feature, she just tweeted a link, no music video, no push (yet).
I say it is doing well now it is saying that people are here for that genre of music for her (as opposed to lonesome). I want it to atleast get higher than Wop's peak and enter BB. I have a good feeling about this and if anything
it is a good indication of her comeback 
It really has been a long time since Miley has released a song. Its normal for songs to be a little erratic on the chart. And theres still promo to look forward too. Plus, it it still Snoops song. No worries gals.
