She could try to cover some things she may be lacking with a big production, dances, backup singers etc.. but she is standing up there and singing her songs for us.
This is what makes her so special to me. Oh, and the brilliant music of course.

she theatrical but in her own way. If you look at the mise en scène of her stage with the Gothic accents, the projections on the screen, and The Seven Year Itch homage all of those are examples of her theatricality but yeah, she mostly sings
