You can't be serious saying his comment had no shade. Jay-Z's mother has dreadlocks and when they are twisted, one will see the scalp. She is also an older lady who may have experienced some thinning. If she wanted her hair to be different, she would change it. He then implied that Jay-Z's mom is poor or that Jay-Z doesn't provide for her. Of course it was shade since he is saying she NEEDS a weave.
Beyonce doesn't need one. Britney did need one to maintain her look after she shaved her head to avoid hair follicle testing.
