Prob deluxe. If you notice, it's the back of the cover that was just revealed.
It's on Interscope's site (the other one).

I bet he had some kind of fabulous shoulder-pad things on and they ended up photo-shopping them out with the orange so he doesn't look like a queen

Maybe their plan was to make the regular edition's cover awful and the deluxe good so people purchase the deluxe instead. Lol
