I've seen only some snippets but in my opinion she's the best judge on the panel GP doesn't like her because she's saying genuinely what she thinks (while using constructive criticism). On the other hand the other ones just praising the contestants (I sometimes can't believe how they can appreciate their s*** )

I agree with Burnell 100%. Nicki is the best judge because she comments on the voice/fashion/marketability of the contestants and is never afraid to say it thruthfully. She is the most relevant person on the panel so she knows how the industry works nowadays.
