Hey gurls! I need some ideas for a nice, but not tacky phone case, so I thought I'd make a thread!! Post your phone cases or any other cute but effective cases. I have an iPhone 5, so preference for those, but I thought it'd be fun to see what y'all girls work with.
And also, I want to monogram one with my initials, but all the websites I go to have hugely tacky designs that I really don't want. Like, I'd want something really simple, any ideas?
For my iPhone 5 I have a cheap clear case that I got from eBay and screen protectors on the front and back (so the aluminum doesn't scratch) all in all a $4 investment and it's perfectly fine. I don't get the point of hiding the beauty of it with a big opaque case. Half the time I don't even use my case and it's fine. I'm going to get a warranty replacement at some point anyway since my lock button doesn't work all the time so any marks I get if I drop it will be gone.

Could I get screen protectors from like WalMart? I lost my phone about a week ago, and it had a Lifeproof on it. My replacement should come within the next couple of days but as of right now, it's gonna be butt ass naked, so I need a case or some solid screen protectors fast because it won't last otherwise!!
Mainly because I just like having a big phone. Something about the iphone 5 with a snap-on case seems too small and puny for me. The otter box makes it weigh tripple.

What kind of phone are you getting? Walmart has quite a few, at least mine does, but only the more popular phones. You can always get one on eBay for a dollar (order within the US, most results are from China which take forever to get but you can filter them out in the search tools). I've had no problems with mine and I've had it on my iPhone since I got it in October. Well it has a ton of scratches but that's better than on the screen itself
I don't have many right now because my card ran out of money when my parents bought my phone. But when my mom puts $50 on it again I'm going HAM.
My cases aren't protective because I don't drop my phone. Ever. Because if I did my parents would kill me. I've never dropped my iPod touch either because in very careful.

That's straight from the retailer. I'm sure you could find them for cheaper on like ebay or something! I like the cases, but $30 is a bit much for thattt.
My case, it's protective while being minimalistic and it also has a slight lip so if you drop it on a flat surface screen down, your screen won't touch the floor.
