I mean, her two Twickenham dates could gross $10 mill, so its clearly going to be an $100+ mill tour.
Rihanna is a slow, but steady ticket seller. She sells out huge cities fast, otherwise, she sells out other places closer to the date. Seattle was like 1/3 sold over a month ago, and today there were like 100 tickets left.
