I'm pretty sure it's Lana.. It's her high pitched voice.
It's like Pu$$y Cola or American..
It probably doesn't sound like her cause its LQ.

Just did some research. Audra Mae is a folk rock singer from Oklahoma. She is the great grand niece of Judy Garland.
