She has incredible skin for her age. The consequence is that it's "flat" toned since it's completely even with a round face shape. She doesn't have natural rosy cheeks. You must draw in the dimensions via blush/contour if you are that uni-toned. If you have a round or square face, it's best to contour it into a more visually appealing shape (oval is the most visually appealing). You can find twigs with round face shapes who do this, it's genetic - it has to do with where your jaw sits. She's no longer a twig anymore, but she's not as huge as people want to play her off to be.
