Well, some of the stuff I saw was really out of line and shouldn't have been tweeted.

Maybe now people can stop acting like she needs a 10 month recovery time and ARTPOP can only come in 2014.

Some of it is really unnecessary though. Especially because you have to remember that albums take time. And i'm not talking about flash in the pan albums like the other girls. So she really does need to take her time with this album and not rush it, because it's the most important. I know we felt like BTW was a really important album for her and it was. But now she's raised the level of expectation even higher, so she really needs to do her job and do it well. Although she could have tweeted, she wasn't obligated too. And I don't think she's going to have a special significant date that she'll release the ARTPOP date(s). She's told us that she's breaking all of her own popstar rules.
